Massage

I use both Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques as required to help maintain physical function and to prevent or relieve pain.

I can provide a relaxing or invigorating whole body massage to reduce stress and tension or I can work on specific areas such as neck and shoulders or legs, combining deep tissue work to help aid recovery after injury or for pre or post competition or events. 

Nutrition

I have been working as a Nutritional Consultant since 2001 and give dietary advice, together with supplement and herbal recommendations to help treat the underlying cause of illness which allows the body to restore its own natural balance. 

Benefits include increased energy, decreased stress and overall maintenance of health. Conditions that respond particularly well include:

  • Eczema
  • Asthma,
  • Menopausal symptoms
  • Bowel disorders
  • Chronic Fatigue and stress related disorders
